When “Hidden Gems of America: Restaurants 2022” – published last year in both paperback and hardcover by Spain’s Parentesi Quadra – arrived in my mailbox, I was thrilled to see that this beautifully illustrated 110-page book featured a two-page spread on Five O’Clock Steakhouse, of which I am managing partner!
There, among restaurants from 30 states, is the history of the restaurant, discussion of Chef Matt Molli and myself, photos of some of our famous steaks and information on some of the dishes that have helped make us Milwaukee’s best-loved steakhouse and supper club.
