We have a stunning Wagyu Boardwalk that will make your mouth water. It’s 10 ounces of Australian Wagyu beef, served with three sauces, roasted garlic, confit shallots, mushrooms and tempura seaweed crackers.
Next, a trio of 8-ounce Wisconsin Pinn-Oak Farms is served with sauteed brussels sprouts and angel hair potatoes, topped with fresh poached pear, lingonberry jam and mint.
Finally, perfectly seared scallops are topped with coconut curry, cilantro and cashews and served with turmeric and green onion rice.
